I’m Olga.
As a repeat Chief of Staff, Marketing Director, consultant, and program builder, I’ve been there before. Worked with leaders at all levels, learned lessons that served me elsewhere, and managed to stay sector agnostic along the way (tech, medical, finance, nonprofit, and more). I’ve seen businesses from the inside, and I get what makes them hum.
Over 20+ years, I’ve built a career at the intersection of people, strategy, and execution. I can drive the big picture and knock out tasks to get where we need to go. Whether processes, learning programs, vibrant cultures, communications, structures, documentation, events, outreach, or beyond - I orient fast, see across silos, and get things moving.
I’ve built L+D and onboarding 7x, run research for Fortune 100 brands, created content for small businesses, facilitated speaker panels & strategy sessions, and have on-point project/program/event management skills. I’ve earned my SPHR & Master’s degree, trained as a facilitator & yoga teacher, and spent 500h+ on somatic coaching.
